Deeper Life

Embracing Who You Are with Riley Pruemer

Episode Summary

Riley and I grew up in the same small town with a population of less than 600 people. We chat about growing up in a small town and how being different effected his confidence and mental health. But more importantly, we talk about how he navigated that and how he decided to be and embrace who he was and not worry about what people thought about him. If you have any unpleasant memories from high school because of feelings of being different than the people you were surrounded by, this episode will really help you to step into your most confident self and reframe your mindset around your experiences.
